How To Apply

We keep our application process straightforward. Before an application is sent, we want to make sure the home is the right fit for you — which is why we start with a prescreening conversation and a viewing rather than an open application link.

Step 1 — Request a Showing

Start by submitting a showing request. We'll follow up to learn a little more about you and confirm the property is a good fit before scheduling. View our requirements here.

Step 2 — View the Property

All applicants must view the property in person prior to applying. Click here to book a showing.

Step 3 — Receive Your Application

Once you've viewed the home and are ready to proceed, we'll send you the application packet directly via email. This includes everything you'll need and how to securely include any documentation related to pets or other verification.

Step 4 — Submit Your Application & Fee

Each adult occupant (18+) must complete a separate application. A non-refundable application fee of $75 per adult is required to begin processing. Applications are reviewed only after all documents and fees are received.

Step 5 — Screening & Decision

We review each application thoroughly including income verification, credit history, background check, and rental references. Most decisions are made within 48-72 business hours of receiving a complete file.

Step 6 — Approval & Security Deposit

Approved applicants will be contacted directly. A security deposit is required to hold the property for up to two weeks.

Step 7 — Lease Signing & Move-In

Lease signing, first month's rent, and key handover all happen together. We'll walk you through everything clearly before you sign.
