Pet Policy

We love pets and welcome them on a case-by-case basis with written approval. Not all of our properties are pet approved, so please confirm pet eligibility for the specific home you're inquiring about before applying.

Pet Fees

• One-time pet fee: $400 (covers up to two approved pets)

• Monthly pet rent: $35 per pet

Insurance Requirement

Tenants with approved pets are required to maintain animal-related liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $100,000 per occurrence. The property owner and management company must be listed as additional insured. Specific entities will be named in your lease agreement.

Proof of coverage is required at lease signing and must remain active for the duration of your tenancy. Annual renewal confirmation is required.

General Guidelines

• All pets must be approved in writing prior to move-in — no exceptions

• Tenants are fully responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or repairs related to their pet

• Certain breeds may not be approved depending on the property

• Any changes to pets during tenancy must be reported and approved in writing
