Tenant Requirements

To qualify for our rentals, applicants should meet the following:

  • Verifiable gross income of at least 2.5x the monthly rent

  • Credit score of 650 or higher

  • No outstanding collections or unresolved derogatory accounts

  • No evictions or money owed to previous landlords

  • At least 2 years verifiable rental history

  • Valid government-issued photo ID

  • Background check required for all adult occupants

  • Each adult occupant must submit a separate application

Meeting minimum criteria does not guarantee approval. We evaluate each application as a whole and look for a pattern of financial responsibility and positive rental history.
