Tenant Requirements
To qualify for our rentals, applicants should meet the following:
Verifiable gross income of at least 2.5x the monthly rent
Credit score of 650 or higher
No outstanding collections or unresolved derogatory accounts
No evictions or money owed to previous landlords
At least 2 years verifiable rental history
Valid government-issued photo ID
Background check required for all adult occupants
Each adult occupant must submit a separate application
Meeting minimum criteria does not guarantee approval. We evaluate each application as a whole and look for a pattern of financial responsibility and positive rental history.
